Thank you all very much for the awesome effort you all put in over the weekend and especially yesterday in the most appalling wet and windy conditions. We improvised, changed plans, made new plans and in the end it all went very well. We had fed about 500 competitors by 4.15pm after majority finished at 3pm – a massive achievement & were packed up by 5pm. Thanks to our new volunteers – which included a record number of Joeys – good to see you all in action!! #Cateringcrew #Cu

Big thanks to all the fantastic team we had over the weekend, who once again excelled. We cooked over 500 Cheese Toasties and 180 Bacon & Egg Sandwiches as well as a delicious Soup and 2 Pasta Dishes at 6pm and 12 midnight. I think we nailed it again. ANZAC Day Dawn Service The ANZAC Dawn Service was well attended by Scouts from 1st Waitara. Selected Hornsby Gangshow choir also attended to sing at the Dawn Service. Several of the Rovers pictured below are former Waitara Scouts and Venturers. ANZAC Day March Joeys, Cubs,Scouts and leaders all took part in the annual ANZAC Day March on Sunday, 17th April 2016.
